This elegant, medium bodied Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented and aged 12 months in French oak. (50 % new, 25% 1 year, 25% 2 year). The wine is intensely layered with tropical fruit and mild citrus and melon notes. It is an exellent choice with cream

sauces, salmon, and mild hard or soft cheeses.
