2003 SANTA LUCIA HIGHLANDS SYRAH

This full bodied single vineyard wine is 100% Syrah from the cool weather Monterey County appellation. It is incredibly smooth and layered with intense blackberry and mild pepper flavors. We love this delicious Syrah paired with pork, lamb, hearty fish dishes, and just about anything else we serve with it.  The wine was aged 15 months in French oak and bottled on February 5, 2005. 14.4% alc 5.9 g/L TA, 3.78 pH
